- When will my order be ready for pickup or shipping? Orders will be ready within 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase. You'll receive an email or message as soon as your order is ready pick-up, along with pick-up location details.

I made an error on my shipping address when I placed my order, how do I correct it?
Use the Contact Me Contact – The Design Hive, and I can change the shipping address for you if the shipping label has not already been purchased. DO NOT Facebook or Instagram message me. Those messages get overrun very quickly and I CANNOT match your order name with your social media name or Instagram handle. Do not email me as many unknown email are sent to spam.

I have a discount code and forgot to use it during check out, can you add it for me?
Once you check out I CANNOT add the discount code.
- What are the care instructions for your clothing? To keep your tee looking fresh and vibrant: Wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the design.
- Do you accept custom orders? Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. If you’d like to personalize a design, send us a message or Purchase a Custom Item.
- Will shirt colors look exactly like the photos? Colors may vary slightly between brands and sizes based on availability. We do our best to match the original color shown in listings as closely as possible.
